Another year has gone and what has been my improvement during its passing away. Have I imporved any from my former life which has deviated too much from that of the Christian. Lord help me in the coming year if my life should be prolonged. This year I was united in marriage to Patience T. Comstock, one who I am confident will aid me through the various walks in life 13th of 2nd mo., 1834.
